This privacy notice (“Notice”) describes how personal data about you may be used and disclosed. Please review this Notice carefully.

Corbin Legal, PLLC d/b/a Women’s Health Innovation Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “Women’s Health Innovation Consulting”) values your privacy and is committed to keeping your personal data confidential. We use your data solely in the context of providing legal, policy, and educational services in accordance with the services described on www.femtechlegal.com, www.womenshealthinnovation.com and www.womenshealthinnovationconsulting.com (the “Website”). By accessing and/or using the Website, you are consenting to be bound by this Notice and acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Notice. If you do not agree to accept this Notice, you must immediately cease using the Website. 

This Notice applies to personal data that we collect from users of the Website, including information collected: 

• On the Website; 
• In email and/or other electronic messages that you send to us, including communications made through the Website; and/or
• Through your subscription to the monthly newsletter. 

Note Regarding Third-Party Sites. Please note that the Website may contain links to other sites that are not operated by Women’s Health Innovation Consulting. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy notices of every site you visit. Women’s Health Innovation Consulting has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy notices, or practices of any third-party sites or services. This Notice does not apply to your use of or access to any third-party sites or services. 

Children Under the Age of 18. The Website is not intended for children under the age of 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use the Website or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 

Information We Collect About You. We may collect personal information (such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses) that you affirmatively give to us, such as when you complete the contact form or contact us by email. Giving us personal information through the Website is voluntary and is not required to use the Website. 

As you navigate through and interact with the Website, certain data may be collected through automatic data collection technologies that collect statistical (non-personal) information about your equipment, browsing actions, and Website usage patterns. This data includes information about content accessed and page load times, internet connection, IP address, and geographic location by country. The data we collect through these automated technologies is used to help us improve the Website and provide a more personalized experience. The information we collect automatically is only statistical data and does not include personal information. Do Not Track Disclosure. Some web browsers may transmit do not track (“DNT”) signals to websites with which the user communicates. To date, there is no industry standard for DNT and users cannot know how a given company responds to a DNT signal they receive from browsers. Women’s Health Innovation Consulting is committed to remaining apprised of DNT standards. However, we do not support DNT browser settings and do not currently participate in any DNT frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms regarding the collection of your personal information. 

How We Use Your Data. We may use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, as follows:

Marketing and Advertising. We may use your personal data to contact you with newsletters, marketing, or promotion materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any marketing or advertisement materials from Women’s Health Innovation Consulting at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at Info@WomensHealthInnovation.com.

We do not share personal information obtained through the Website with any third parties without your express consent, except as follows: 

• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business; 
• To the extent doing so is necessary to provide services you have requested; 
• To any companies that operate the cookies, web beacons, and pixels used on this Website;

We will retain your personal information only as long as necessary and as required for our business operations, the provision of any services, archival purposes, and/or to satisfy legal requirements. The exact period of retention (“Retention Period”) will depend on: 

• The amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data; 
• The personal risk of harm for unauthorized use or disclosure; 
• The purposes for which we process your personal data, including whether those purposes can be achieved through other means;

At the end of the Retention Period, we will remove your personal data from our databases. If there is any data that we are unable to delete entirely from our systems for technical reasons, we will put in place appropriate measures to prevent any further processing of such data. Please note that once we disclose your personal data to third parties, we may not be able to access that personal data and we cannot force the deletion or modification of such information by third parties. 

We reserve the right to continue using de-identified data indefinitely, even after personal data has been removed from our databases. Our continued use of de-identified data will comport with applicable law. 

As a user of the Website, you have certain rights relating to your personal data. These rights are subject to local data protection and privacy laws, and may include the right to:

• Access personal data held by Women’s Health Innovation Consulting;
